For the last four years, her CONFIDENCE workshop (a photography workshop for women) has sold out nationwide. Me Ra is also a sought after Keynote Speaker for mommy blogging conferences, as well as photography conferences/expos. She and her husband are the producers of the award-winning, instructional DVD series "Refuse to Say Cheese" and "Beyond the Green Box".
In 2009, SONY licensed the DVD series and commissioned Me Ra to produce, Kids in Focus, an instructional DVD for parents. She is proud to be a SONY Artisan of Imagery, as well as host her annual SOAR! Scholarship for aspiring women photographers. Her additional partnership with the Nielsen Photo Group hosts a quarterly photo contest for aspiring photographers to find recognition and celebration of their work. Her blog is daily frequented by thousands of readers who are looking for inspiration and empowerment with their photography passion.
